ANTI-SPAM POLICY

What is Spam?

In electronic communications, spam refers to unsolicited, bulk, or indiscriminate messages—most often sent for commercial purposes.

The On-Line School of Network Sciences (OLSNS) and CellStream, Inc. (CSI) maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam.

Automated Spam Filtering

To protect our users, OLSNS and CSI systems automatically scan incoming email and messages to filter out content identified as spam.

Limitations of Spam Filtering

No filtering system is perfect. Occasionally, legitimate messages may be mistakenly flagged as spam.

If you believe your message to OLSNS or CSI has been incorrectly filtered, please try reaching us through another method.

To help reduce the risk of your messages being flagged, we recommend:

  • Sending plain-text emails (instead of HTML).

  • Avoiding unnecessary attachments.

  • Scanning all outgoing messages for malware before sending.

User Responsibilities

OLSNS and CSI provide communication tools that allow users to send messages to others. These tools must never be used to send spam. Specifically, users may not send:

  • Unsolicited messages.

  • Bulk or mass emails.

  • Indiscriminate or commercial solicitations without prior consent.

Policy Updates

We may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this website.
