These are the L2 Ethernet Plus courses.  The courses in this category are 100% Instructor Led either in person at your site or a site close to you, or via Online meeting tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, HP Rooms, or Webex.

Effective L2 troubleshooting in modern networks also requires knowledge beyond Ethernet alone. Engineers must understand how Ethernet interacts with other critical technologies such as IP addressing, TCP/UDP transport, Wi-Fi, MPLS, routing protocols, and security mechanisms. Broadband networks in particular combine many layers of technology—from fiber and DOCSIS access networks to IP routing, authentication systems, and cloud services. A technician who understands how Ethernet fits into this larger protocol stack can trace problems across layers and determine whether the issue originates in the physical infrastructure, switching domain, routing layer, or application behavior. This cross-layer understanding is what allows networking professionals to troubleshoot complex Internet services efficiently and confidently.
